FactLock provides truth infrastructure for independent hotels, helping them monitor and clarify factual information about their properties across various platforms. The Service is read-only and does not auto-publish content on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACTLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
